Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for products that are significantly different from their description, contain malware or security vulnerabilities, or are completely non-functional. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not available for: products that have been downloaded and used; change of mind after purchase; compatibility issues with specific hosting environments or third-party plugins that are not listed as requirements; products purchased more than 14 days ago.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

Membership Refunds

Membership plan refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 5 downloads have been made. Lifetime memberships are eligible for refund within 7 days under the same conditions. After the refund period, memberships can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current billing period.
